We have a rotating inventory of pre-built Hobbit Holes that are available for delivery only. This is a finished "top of the line" model that we built to showcase our product and we like to maintain a fresh inventory so we're always putting our best foot forward to potential customers both in person and online.
It has our "live edge" cedar clapboard roofing, and is customized with cedar shingle siding, which is not available on our playhouse kits. The original price was $2,990, and we are now offering it for $1,794.

The playhouse is 8' x 4', and the floor to ceiling height at the center is 4'10". The cedar siding and roofing have started to age, and the pine trim and door will need to be treated with an exterior sealant, paint or stain. The cedar can be left natural or treated.

Floor dimensions are 8' x 4' (32 square feet); ceiling is 4'10" at the tallest.. Comes with a 3' diameter round front door, one 16" round window offset from the front door, and one 20" round window centered on the back wall.
